For example: Selecting 5 hours could mean, depending on your needs, 3 hours of cleaning and 2 hours of home ironing.
Your preferences
At least 2 times per month, with a minimum of 3 hours per visit, is required.
For a studio, our clients generally choose 3 to 4 hours per week, scheduled as one visit per week. This estimate may vary depending on the tasks required.
For a 1-bedroom apartment, our clients generally choose 4 to 5 hours per week, spread over 1 to 2 visits per week. This estimate may vary depending on the tasks required.
For a 2-bedroom apartment, our clients generally choose 5 to 6 hours per week, usually spread over 2 visits per week. This estimate may vary depending on the tasks required.
For a 3-bedroom apartment, our clients generally choose 6 to 7 hours per week, spread over 2 to 3 visits per week. This estimate may vary depending on the tasks required.
For a 4-bedroom apartment, our clients generally choose 7 to 8 hours per week, spread over 3 visits per week. This estimate may vary depending on the tasks required.

We provide answers

In Brussels, service vouchers cost €10.20 for the first 300 ordered. Beyond that, the price is €12.40 per voucher.

In Wallonia, the rate is €10.40 for the first 175 vouchers. The next ones cost €11.40 (up to the 400th), then €12.40 for any additional vouchers.

In Flanders, the price is €10 for the first 400 vouchers, then €11 for the ones after that.

A tax deduction applies differently depending on your region:

In Brussels, you get a 15% reduction on your first 172 vouchers. In practice, a voucher paid €10.20 ends up costing you only €8.67.

In Wallonia, the reduction is €0.90 on your first 150 vouchers. The real price therefore drops to €9.50 instead of €10.40.

In Flanders, you benefit from a €1.80 reduction on your first 198 vouchers. A voucher paid €10 thus comes to just €7.20.

 

Pluxee is the official platform for service vouchers (titres-services). You register online for free, then order vouchers (paper or electronic) that you use to pay for services.

Yes, each visit must last at least 3 hours, minimum twice per month. We generally recommend 3 to 6 hours per week depending on the size of your home.
